Cataract, a condition causing clouding of the eye lens, is the leading cause of blindness in India. Fortunately, a simple cataract surgery can restore full vision, allowing individuals to return to their daily lives with renewed independence and confidence. A single cataract surgery costs Rs 4,800 which includes surgery, medicines, transportation and food.

Vision Screening Professional Training
To create lasting change, we train local community members to become certified vision screening professionals who can identify common eye problems early. Our comprehensive 3-month training program equips individuals with the skills to conduct basic eye exams, refer more complex cases, and educate communities about eye health.
